Change one thing. Update one section.
A new drone, a new location or a rule change updates only the sections it touches. The rest of the file stays as approved.
Files age the day they are approved
Operators change aircraft and take on new sites. EASA updates its guidance: in September 2025, ED Decision 2025/018/R brought SORA 2.5 into the AMC to Regulation (EU) 2019/947. A static PDF cannot show which of its pages such a change affects. Finding out by hand is much of what makes the work so expensive.
The file knows what depends on what
Hespoire keeps the file as connected data. Aircraft speed feeds the ground risk, which feeds the SAIL, which sets the safety objectives. Change the aircraft, and you see exactly which conclusions move and which stay valid.
When the rules change
When EASA updates a rule, Hespoire re-runs the check on every live file and flags only what changed. You get a short list of what your operation needs to do, in place of a regulation to read and interpret.
Goes in
- New aircraft or payload
- New location or area type
- Changed procedures or staff
- Rule and guidance updates from EASA
Comes out
- List of affected sections
- Updated drafts of those sections only
- Record of what changed and why
- Prompt if a change needs the authority’s attention
